What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), developed by Marsha Linehan, PhD, is considered the gold standard for the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. Our groups provide clients with new skills to manage painful emotions and decrease conflict in relationships.
Center for Third Wave CBT
Third wave therapies, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), are expanding their targets from the mere reduction of symptoms to the development of skills aimed at significantly improving the quality and quantity of activity in which the patient finds value.
