Fees and Insurance FAQ

How much do you charge?

The fees for Associates are $300 for the initial evaluation; $250 for 45 minute individual and family therapy sessions. Fees may increase for family therapy sessions based on time allotted and depending on how many therapists take part in the family therapy session. This will always be discussed prior to extension of any therapy time.

The fees for Dr. Bedotto are $400 for the initial evaluation or single consultation and $280 for 45 minute sessions. Any cost for an increase in session time will be discussed prior to scheduling.

Group fees are $100 for individuals and $150 for couples attending group together.

What if I have insurance?

We are a fee for service practice which means we do not accept insurance and do not participate with any insurance carrier. Your services with us are considered “out of network”. We provide you with a monthly statement for you to obtain reimbursement from your carrier. You are advised to contact your insurance provider to determine if you have out of network benefits, a separate deductible, and whether teletherapy is covered. You may be asked for “procedure codes”. They are as follows:
